# Clone a viral ad

Click New Project, open Agent, or choose Clone a video from the campaign creation menu.

1. Upload an MP4 or MOV, or paste a supported TikTok, Instagram Reel, or YouTube Shorts URL.
2. Ava's agent analyzes the transcript, hook, pacing, transitions, scene structure, visual beats, and CTA placement.
3. Review the generated project plan and ingredients.
4. Swap in your actor, product, hook, body copy, and CTA.
5. Generate scene variants and choose the best outputs.
6. Polish in Editor Mode and export.

Clone should be used to learn a structure, not to copy someone else's assets or brand. Replace the source concept with your own product, message, references, and offer.

**Tip:** If a URL fails, download or capture the source video where you have rights to use it, then upload the MP4 or MOV directly.
