Check the file format and size first. Supported images include PNG, JPG, JPEG, and WebP. Supported video formats include MP4 and MOV. The general and video upload limits are 50 MB.

If a clone URL fails, confirm it is a supported TikTok, Instagram Reel, or YouTube Shorts link. Some platforms may block access. Use a direct upload if the URL cannot be processed.

If upload stalls, try a smaller file, a different browser, or a stable connection. Rename the file with simple characters if the file name contains unusual symbols.
