# Quickstart: Create your first ad

1. Complete onboarding by simply pasting your url into the prompt box.
2. Ava will then suggest some completed and ready to use ads for your brands. 
3. Pick one and use Editor Mode to trim clips, add captions, adjust music, and add final text overlays.
4. Export the finished video.

For a first pass, do not aim for perfection. Generate a strong structure, pick the best scenes, then improve the hook, product shot, and CTA. Most useful ads come from a few focused iterations rather than one huge prompt.

**Remember:** Use ingredients for anything you expect to swap later. This includes actors, products, hooks, claims, CTAs, and b-roll.
