# Plans and billing

Open the subscription or billing area to view your plan, available credits, add-on credit packs, and upgrade options. Plans may include monthly credits, feature access, brand limits, API access, or support level.

Use credit packs when you need extra generation capacity without changing your plan. Use enterprise options when you need higher volume, API access, custom onboarding, or dedicated support.

For billing questions, contact support via Feedback link with account email, plan name, invoice or payment date if available, and a short description of the issue.
