For project issues, include the project URL, campaign URL if relevant, scene or export name, model, mode, timestamp, and screenshot or screen recording. For billing issues, include your account email and invoice or payment date if available.

For generation issues, include the prompt, ingredients used, model and mode, references uploaded, and visible error message. For export issues, include whether the timeline contains generated video, audio, captions, and export options.

Do not include passwords, API keys, private payment details, or customer personal data in support screenshots.
